Tracking is sent by email once your order ships — typically within 2–5 business days of ordering.

My tracking says "label created" but hasn't moved. Is that normal?
Yes — carriers can take 1–2 days to scan a package after the label is generated. If it hasn't updated after 5 business days, contact us.

I don't see a tracking email.
Check your spam/junk folder first. Still nothing? Email us at support@britehom.com with your order number.

Can I track an order without an account?
Yes — you don't need an account. Just use the order number and email from your confirmation.
